Divya's September Goals

I'm going back to my pre-Kili routine...I felt soooo gooood when I was doing this! This is to hold me accountable... haha. I may post weekly updates, I don't know yet.

Work Out Goals:
- Run in the mornings (outside if its not raining!), 4x/week
- Hike each weekend
- Do weights and/or classes at Healthworks 4x/week

 Food Goals:
- NO JUNK FOOD
- Cut out white carbs (ugh sadly this means bread)
- Cut out sugars
- Cut out cheeses (what's the point, if I'm not eating bread...)
- Allow 2 cheat meals a week
- Do 3 no-meat days a week
- Try and restrict calories to ~1500 but NO CALORIE COUNTING (Reminder to Self: It never works for me)

Current Weight: 152lbs
Goal Weight by my trip (9/26): 145lbs
